THE HAGUE, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) -- Reigning Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven presented Mexican Erick Gutierrez and Australian Aziz Behich as last signings for the season on Friday.

The transfers were completed on the deadline day in the Netherlands and two days after the Eindhoven-based soccer club qualified for the group phase of the Champions League with a 3-0 win (6-2 on aggregate) over Bate Borisov from Belarus.

The 27-year-old Bezich arrived from Turkish side Bursaspor. He signed a deal for three seasons. Current PSV coach Mark van Bommel worked with Bezich when the Dutchman was assistant coach of Australia at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

PSV also agreed with Mexican side CF Pachuca an undisclosed transfer fee over the transfer of Gutierrez. The 23-year-old Mexican midfielder put pen to paper on a five-year contract in Eindhoven.

Gutierrez is a good friend of PSV's Mexican forward Hirving Lozano, who joined PSV last year. They played together in Pachuca's youth academy, in the first team of the club and in the national team of Mexico.

The Champions League draw in Monaco on Thursday put PSV in Group B with FC Barcelona, Tottenham Hotspur and Internazionale. For the first time since 2010 two Dutch clubs entered the main stage of the Champions League. Ajax were drawn in Group E with Bayern Munich, Benfica and AEK Athens.
