ALGIERS, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- Algerian Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel said on Monday that the Arab League in its current form is unable to find solutions to crises hitting the Arab region, state radio channel I reported.
"Algeria believes that the Arab League in its current form is unable to provide solutions, which opened the door to imposing foreign solutions to conflicts plaguing some of its member countries," Messahel said, referring to the current crises in Syria and Yemen.
"Therefore, we believe that reforming such bodies is a must for them to efficiently play their role in resolving conflicts," he noted.
The Algerian diplomacy advocates "peace and negotiating solution between warring parties, and rejection of solutions imposed from abroad," the Algerian minister concluded.
