Dollar changes hands in mid-113 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-113 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday, principally in line with its levels in New York overnight.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.56-57 yen compared with 113.45-55 yen in New York and 113.06-07 yen at 5 p.m. on Wednesday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1433-1433 dollars and 129.84-88 yen against 1.1420-1430 dollars and 129.71-81 yen in New York and 1.1453-1454 dollars and 129.49-53 yen in late Wednesday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
