BERLIN, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- The German Bundesliga is currently providing great entertainment with 312 goals being scored after the 11th round of matches (48 more than last season).

But still, most of the time teams like Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich dominate the headlines. The Black and Yellows are said to be the team of the hour. Marco Reus is the most praised performer while the Bavarians' crisis continues to deepen.

One of the chapters that is nearly forgotten is the surprising story of Eintracht Frankfurt's three musketeers: Luka Jovic (20), Sebastien Haller (24) and Ante Rebic (25).

The trio not only scored 21 of the side's 26 league goals but is said to be the 2017 German Cup winner's new magical triangle. What is staggering is that the Bundesliga's presumed best attacking faction has been selected from second-tier teams from all over Europe.

None of them have been on the radar of the bigger clubs. Jovic is in his second year on loan from the Portuguese club Benfica Lisbon. Rebic was discovered in the squad of the Italian side AC Florence. Haller was found at the Dutch club FC Utrecht.

While Rebic (four goals and two assists) provides an irresistible dynamic, Haller (8 goals and 6 assists) provides a robust physical presence and Jovic (9 goals and 4 assists) is responsible for efficiency.

Croatian Jovic scored his nine goals in nine games. He also became the youngest in Bundesliga's history to score five goals when Eintracht crushed the newcomers Fortuna Dusseldorf 7-1. The last player to score five goals in a game was half-time substitute Robert Lewandowski in 2015.

Several pundits are convinced the German league in 2018 has become emancipated from the possession-based football introduced by former Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola. Instead of endless passing, clubs seem to count on a more open and riskier high speed attacking style.

The first four on the Bundesliga table (Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Borussia Moenchengladbach and Frankfurt) provide a dynamic tactical approach.

Adi Huetter's team remains unbeaten in the last nine games. The Swiss coach claims to be happy about the inspiring performances. Frankfurt managing director and former German international Fredi Bobic, is predicting a bright future for Jovic, the Bundesliga's current top scorer.

The Croatian is seen as Europe's new shining star. "He can reach the highest level and become world class," Bobic said. "We love cases like him that had disappeared from the radar nearly completely."

Huetter calls Jovic "a grenade" and a "fox in the box." Huetter's tactics fully depend on the force of his strikers. "We are aware that [it] might be a risk, but the results tell us it is the right way," Huetter said.
