KHARTOUM, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Turkey is willing to cooperate with Sudan in agricultural investments, Musallam Ahmed Al-Amir, Sudan's state minister of finance ministry, said on Wednesday.

"Turkey expressed readiness to enter in agricultural investments with Sudan," Al-Amir told reporters after Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir received Turkey's Vice President Fuat Oktay in Khartoum.

Al-Amir further said that Turkey also expressed willingness to establish partnerships with Sudan in fields of gold and oil.

During the visit of Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Khartoum last December, the two countries signed 12 cooperation agreements.
