Afghan electoral watchdog invalidates votes cast in Kabul constituency

KABUL, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Afghanistan's Election Complaints Commission (ECC) has invalidated all votes cast during the Oct. 20 parliamentary elections in Kabul constituency, an ECC official said Thursday.

The official said widespread fraud and vote rigging led to the invalidation.
