HOBART, Australia, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- American Sofia Kenin secured her second trophy in two weeks after an easy 6-3, 6-0 win over Anna Karolina Schmiedlova of Slovakia at the WTA Hobart International on Saturday.

It was also the 20-year-old's first WTA singles title. Sha has partnered Eugenie Bouchard to win her first WTA doubles title at the ASB Classic in the season's opening week in Auckland.

"I'm so happy to have gotten this title," Kenin said, "It was my first year (here) and I'm looking forward to coming back here for many more years to come."

Kenin needed only one hour and 11 minutes to wrap up the victory on Saturday, winning nine games in straight after a 3-3 tie in the first set.
