Hungary's Wizz Air to launch new route from Albania to Germany

TIRANA, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- Starting from Sept. 1, the Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air will launch a new route from Albanian capital city's Tirana International Airport (TIA), the company announced on Wednesday.

In a statement, Wizz Air informed that the new destination from TIA will be Memmingen in Germany and the flights will be twice a week.

In October 2018, Wizz Air introduced a route linking Tirana and Germany's Dortmund.
