Putin says Russia to wait for U.S. to get ready for dialogue on INF Treaty

MOSCOW, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- Proposals on the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF) remain on the table, but Russia will wait until the United States gets ready to engage in equal and substantive dialogue on the disarmament issue, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Saturday.
