BEIJING, March 2 (Xinhua) -- One more of China's most wanted graft fugitives has returned to China and turned herself in 17 years after fleeing overseas, China's top anti-graft authority announced Saturday.
Li Jianxiong, a former real estate transaction official at Nanhai District of Foshan City in Guangdong Province, is suspected of graft crime.
The procuratorate in Nanhai District started investigating his case in July 2002, two months after he fled. Li was listed on an Interpol Red Notice in May 2003.
Through work by an office in charge of fugitives and asset recovery under the central anti-corruption coordination group, he turned himself in Friday.
