THE HAGUE, March 10 (Xinhua) -- Five days after their sensational 4-1 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League, Ajax had an easy Sunday in the Dutch Eredivisie with a 4-0 home victory against Fortuna Sittard.

Dusan Tadic, one of the best players last Tuesday in Madrid, had a key role once again for Ajax in Amsterdam. After a mistake by Fortuna defender Michael Pinto, the Serbian forward opened the scoring, and David Neres, also one of the goalscorers in the Bernabeu stadium, netted in the second goal. Ajax saved energy in the remainder of the match and Neres and Tadic both added two goals in the second half.

Feyenoord drew 1-1 at Vitesse in Arnhem. Orkun Kokcu earned Feyenoord the lead on an assist by Robin van Persie and shortly after half-time Mohammed Dauda equalized. Also on Sunday AZ drew 0-0 at PEC Zwolle.

On Saturday, league leaders PSV booked a 2-0 win over bottom side NAC Breda in Eindhoven. Luuk de Jong produced an early goal, the 21st of the season for the Eredivisie top scorer, and substitute Donyell Malen also found the net. Steven Bergwijn hit the cross-bar in an unconvincing performance by the reigning champions.

PSV now lead the table with 64 points from 25 matches, five ahead of Ajax, but the Amsterdam-based club is one game behind. On Wednesday, Ajax play at home against PEC Zwolle to narrow the gap to two points. Feyenoord are third on 47 points and AZ are fourth with 44 points.
