Explosion rocks near intelligence agency building in W. Afghanistan

HERAT, Afghanistan, April 19 (Xinhua) -- Casualties were feared after an explosion rocked outside a provincial intelligence agency building in Herat city, capital of western Afghan province of Herat on Friday, a local source said.
