CAIRO, April 20 (Xinhua) -- An Arab and African forum for young volunteers and entrepreneurs was held on Saturday in the Egyptian capital Cairo, official MENA news agency reported.
The forum, co-organized by Egypt's Youth and Sports Ministry and the Arab Federation for Voluntary Activities, was attended by representatives from 23 countries including Sudan, Palestine, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, according to a ministry statement.
The week-long forum aims to promote the exchange of expertise and entrepreneurship between Arab and African young people and serve as a platform to launch new volunteering initiatives.
