PRAGUE, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Film Week kicked off in Prague on Wednesday night, bringing Czech people the best of recent Chinese cinema spanning action, drama, romance and more.
"Go away Mr. Tumor" opened the week-long event, which runs from April 23 till April 29.
"The Chinese Film Week program will offer Prague audiences a rare chance to enjoy the most exciting Chinese cinema from the past few years," said Cao Yin, director of production center of movie channel of China Central Television (CCTV).
"It aims to connect with lovers of the films, while tightening bonds and experiences between international audiences and broadening the appeal of Chinese cinema," he added.
In the lineup of films are Postman in the Mountains, American Dreams in China, The Foreigner and Love Education.
