TEHRAN, May 8 (Xinhua) -- The Chief Commander of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Hossein Salami said Wednesday that the "Iranian enemies" have no more options to use against the Islamic republic.

Salami said although "confrontation between Iran and the arrogant powers has reached its highest point," the adversaries have exhausted all in their capacity against the Islamic republic, Tasnim news reported.

The Iranian enemies have made battle formation in the economic, cultural and social sectors, he said.

The IRGC has a power to defeat the enemy with its coalition front, he added.

On Wednesday, Iran announced withdrawal from some of its commitments pertaining to the 2015 nuclear deal and threatened to do further if its interests under the pact cannot be honored.

The move by Iran comes in the context of U.S. last-year withdrawal from the deal and reimposition of large-scale sanctions against the Islamic republic.
