PARIS, May 13 (Xinhua) -- French shares lost on Monday, with the benchmark Paris CAC 40 down 1.22 percent, or 64.87 points, to close at 5,262.57 points.
French multinational automotive supplier Valeo went down by 5.25 percent. French-Italian multinational electronics and semiconductor manufacturer STMicroelectronics lost 5.0 percent, and French tire manufacturer Michelin (CGDE) lost 3.23 percent.
French water and waste group Veolia Environnement advanced 0.58 percent. French multinational electric utility company Engie S.A. rose 0.57 percent, and French multinational pharmaceutical company Sanofi rose 0.33 percent. Enditem
