RABAT, May 25 (Xinhua) -- Two Spaniards and two Moroccans have been arrested in the city of Casablanca for their alleged involvement in the possession of a quantity of gold suspected of being linked to criminal activities, the Moroccan police said in a statement on Saturday.
The police said that based on a tip from intelligent services, the four suspects were arrested onboard a foreign country-registered vehicle, while carrying 78 gold blocks weighting 11.7 kg and looking for potential buyers, the statement said.
