BEIRUT, May 31 (Xinhua) -- Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah vowed on Friday to fight fiercely against U.S. President Donald Trump's plan, known as the Deal of the Century, NBN local TV Channel reported.

"This deal is a shame and it should be confronted by everybody. We are capable of facing this conspiracy," Nasrallah said in a televised speech marking al-Quds Day, an occasion to express support for the Palestinians.

"U.S. and Israel are seeking to implement the Deal of the Century but there are strong powers standing in the way of implementing this deal," he said.

Nasrallah said that all countries and people supporting the Palestinian cause should prevent the crime from taking place in the region.

Hezbollah leader assured that Iran, Lebanon and Palestine have the power to face the Deal of the Century and to confront Israel.

"Resistance in Iran, Lebanon and Palestine has never been stronger than today," he said.

He assured that Lebanon is highly ready to confront Israel.

Nasrallah also ruled out the possibility of the occurence of a war in the region.

"Trump has announced that he does not want war because he knows that U.S. losses will be tremendous if it wages a war against Iran," he said.

Nasrallah also warned that any war that is waged by the United States against Iran will not only be limited to Iran.

Meanwhile, Nasrallah warned the United States that his party will start manufacturing precise missiles if the U.S. continues to complain about Hezbollah's arms.

"We do not have a factory for the production of precise missiles in Lebanon yet. But if the U.S. continues to complain about our arms, then we will create this factory," he said.
