BEIJING, June 16 (Xinhua) -- "Men in Black: International," a spin-off of the "Men in Black" sci-fi film series, continued to dominate the Chinese mainland box office on its second day of release Saturday, the China Movie Data Information Network said Sunday.
The film raked in over 68.23 million yuan (about 9.8 million U.S. dollars), following its strong opening Friday.
Domestically-produced movie "My Best Summer" grossed more than 24.56 million yuan, remaining in the second for two consecutive days.
"Godzilla: King of the Monsters" ranked the third, earning more than 17 million yuan in ticket sales.
It was followed by "Dark Phoenix," with over 9.7 million yuan in box office sales.
