BEIJING, June 18 (Xinhua) -- "Men in Black: International," a spin-off of the "Men in Black" sci-fi film series, continued to dominate the Chinese mainland box office Monday, according to the China Movie Data Information Network Tuesday.
The film pulled in around 17.73 million yuan (about 2.57 million U.S. dollars), accounting for about 29.99 percent of the daily total.
It was followed by domestically-produced movie "My Best Summer," which earned around 10.87 million yuan.
"Godzilla: King of the Monsters" ranked the third, earning about 6.79 million yuan in ticket sales.
"Men in Black: International" earned a total box office of 198 million yuan since its June 14 debut on the Chinese mainland.
