COLOMBO, July 9 (Xinhua) -- Shares at the Colombo Stock Exchange ended 0.27 percent high amid a high market turnover on Tuesday.
The All Share Price Index ended 5,391.21, up by 14.54 points.
The top gainers of the day were Tess Agro PLC, Beruwala Resorts PLC and On'ally Holdings PLC.
The most active traders of the day were Sampath Bank PLC, Janashakthi Insurance PLC and Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC.
Total market turnover amounted to Rs. 507 million (an estimated 2.83 million US dollars).
