KABUL, July 10 (Xinhua) -- China's concept of economic cooperation based on a win-win policy has been hailed by Afghan expert Shamsul Haq Arianfar as a starting point towards the goal of building a community with shared future for mankind.

"Establishing relations, particularly the economic relations, based on a win-win policy, will naturally ensure justice and equality in bilateral relations and protect the interest of concerned parties especially the smaller countries," Arianfar told Xinhua in an interview.

Arianfar, a renowned analyst and author of several books, stated that the concept of a win-win policy in bilateral relations is a new idea presented by China that can bring together many countries, which is essential in bolstering connectivity among Asian, European and African nations.

The implementation of a win-win policy in bilateral relations will also alleviate the concerns of smaller nations in their trade and economic relations with more powerful countries, the well-respected analyst said.

The Afghan expert also opined that executing the policy will enhance mutual trust among nations and eventually promote harmony among them to accomplish the work necessary for global mega projects, such as those related to the China-proposed Belt and Road initiative along the ancient Silk Road trade routes.
