Morocco arrests school teacher over charges of inciting terrorism

RABAT, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Moroccan intelligence bureau said on Tuesday that a primary school teacher was arrested over charges of inciting terrorism.

The 26-year-old teacher was arrested by the Moroccan security services on Monday night in the northern city of Ksar el-Kebir, the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigation said in a statement.

According to the statement, the man published a post on Facebook in which he called for dangerous acts against foreign tourists and volunteers in Morocco.

Police seized a laptop and a mobile phone that the suspect allegedly used to publish the post. Enditem
