MONTREAL, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- The First Mont-Tremblant Forum on Sino-Quebec Tourism kicked off Friday in Quebec, Canada to seek close cooperation in tourism, culture and economy between China and Canada.
Dozens of representatives from China and Canada participated in the forum supported by the Chinese Consulate-General in Montreal, the Chinese Tourism Office in Toronto, Quebec Tourism Union, Mont-Tremblant City Hall and other institutions.
The forum is divided into economic and ecological sections. The economic section focuses on Quebec's characteristic tourism and snow sports while the ecological one focuses on tourism and sustainable tourism development.
