YANGON, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- Four people have been trapped in a landslide in a charcoal mining site in Myanmar's Magway region, according to the Information and Public Relations Department of the Information Ministry on Tuesday.
The landslide, triggered by heavy rainfall on Sunday night, occurred at the charcoal mining site, 8 kilometers from Setpyar village, Minhla township of the region.
Rescue operation is underway by local police and miners, the police said without adding further details about the incident.
