PARIS, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- French shares lost on Monday, with the benchmark Paris CAC 40 down 0.94 percent, or 53.23 points, to close at 5,602.23 points.
French multinational luxury goods conglomerate LVMH lost 3.90 percent, the top loser of the blue chips. European aviation group Airbus lost 3.39 percent and French high fashion luxury goods manufacturer Hermes International edged down 2.80 percent.
International oil and gas industry service provider Technipfmc advanced 4.57 percent. Global energy giant Total rose 2.50 percent and French water and waste group Veolia Environnement gained 1.06 percent. Enditem
