"We are working on holding a meeting for the Saudi Lebanese High Joint Committee to discuss how the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia can support Lebanon financially," Hariri said on the sidelines of the meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron at Elysee Palace in Paris.
Hariri emphasized the importance of this event by saying that this is the first time that a high joint committee is held between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia to sign economic agreements.
"This way we will be able to work better together," he said.
Prime Minister Saad Hariri traveled to Paris on Thursday in a bid to meet with President Macron and other French officials to negotiate several matters of interest to the two countries, namely CEDRE reforms and investments.
