PARIS, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- French shares lost on Monday, with the benchmark Paris CAC 40 down 0.40 percent, or 22.40 points, to close at 5,643.08 points.
French multinational IT service and consulting company Atos lost 2.16 percent, the top loser of the blue chips. French life quality service provider Sodexo lost 1.79 percent and French multinational information technology consulting corporation Cap Gemini edged down 1.63 percent.
French multinational advertising and public relations company Publicis Groupe advanced 2.50 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. French tire manufacturer Michelin (CGDE) rose 1.73 percent and French multinational automobile manufacturer Renault gained 0.69 percent. Enditem
