OUAGADOUGOU, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- China will be the guest of honor of the 5th edition of the International Multi-sector Trade Fair of Ouagadougou (FIMO) that will be held from Oct. 25 to Nov. 3, organizers said.
Entitled "quality agri-food processing and the international market requirements", the FIMO will occur under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Burkina Faso Paul Kaba Thieba.
The FIMO is purposed to enable participating countries to know about the ongoing trends and developments in the agri-food industry of Burkina Faso.
It will create a platform for Burkina Faso agri-food businesses to improve the quality of their products, by learning from the experiences of competing countries, according to the organizers.
