"CIIE is the most important fair for us in the Asian market. We are really happy to see this exhibition this year," said a senior company executive of Jungheinrich AG, a leading intralogistics solutions provider based in Germany.

The second CIIE will run from Nov. 5 to Nov. 10 in Shanghai, China.

KALTENKIRCHEN, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- Jungheinrich AG, a leading intralogistics solutions provider based in Germany, is proud and happy to take part in again and grow together with the second China International Import Expo (CIIE), a senior company executive told Xinhua in a recent interview.

"CIIE is the most important fair for us in the Asian market. We are really happy to see this exhibition this year," said Mathias Lentfer, vice president after sales of Jungheinrich.

According to him, the Chinese market is already the second largest for Jungheinrich after the European market, so his company is focusing very strongly on China by investing a lot of money, having its own factory and establishing cooperation with Chinese companies in order to continue to grow with new products in the market.

At the first CIIE, Jungheinrich exhibited a broad range of material handling equipment. This year, it will focus more on automatic systems, like its new STC stacker crane for automated miniload warehouses.

Asked about his expectations of the second CIIE, Lentfer said that the 66-year-old family-owned German company expects to be recognized by people coming from China and recognition for its brand in the Asia-Pacific market.

The second CIIE will run from Nov. 5 to Nov. 10 in Shanghai, China.
