BEIJING, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- A group of lecturers will begin a nationwide tour on Nov. 10 to publicize the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China Central Committee.
The lecturers were assigned by the central authorities to help the public study, promote and implement the spirit of the session.
The lecturers are currently in Beijing studying key speeches and documents of the session and preparing for the lectures across the country.
Most of the lecturers participated in the drafting of the documents for the session.
The session was convened from Oct. 28 to 31 in Beijing.
