Jordan appoints new ministers in cabinet reshuffle

AMMAN, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- King Abdullah II of Jordan on Thursday approved a reshuffle in the government of Prime Minister Omar Razzaz.

The new ministers were sworn in before the king.

Mohammad Ississ was appointed minister of finance, Amjad Adayleh minister of state for media affairs, and Wisam Al Rabadi minister of planning and international cooperation.

According to the Royal Court statement, Ibrahim Shahahdeh was named as minister of agriculture and Saleh Kharabsheh as minister of environment.

The cabinet reshuffle is the fourth in the government of Razzaz who was appointed in 2018 following the resignation of former Prime Minister Hani Mulki.
