Kuwait condemns blast in Afghanistan's Kabul

KUWAIT CITY, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah condemned on Wednesday an explosion in Afghanistan's Kabul.

In a cable sent to Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, the emir delivered heartfelt condolences on victims of the terrorist blast and expressed strong denunciation of this blatant act that targeted the innocent.

He also expressed the Kuwait's rejection of all forms of terrorism and wished the injured quick recovery.

Seven Afghan civilians were killed and 10 people, including four foreign nationals, were wounded in a car bomb blast which ripped through a busy road in Qasaba neighborhood of Afghan capital of Kabul on Wednesday, the Afghan Interior Ministry said.
