Int'l Go Chess Masters Tournament to kick off on Dec. 24 in SW China

KUNMING, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- The 2019 China Baoshan "Yongzi Cup" International Go Chess Masters Tournament will be held from December 24 to 27 at Baoshan City in southwest China's Yunnan Province, organizers said Thursday.

Several well-known go chess players from China, Japan, and South Korea will participate in the tournament, including 9-dan masters such as Lee Changho from South Korea and China's Ma Xiaochun and Chang Hao.

A local go chess open tournament and a "go chess+comprehensive park construction seminar" will also be held during the four-day event.
