BUDAPEST, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- Ventspils from Latvia beat Hungary's Egis Kormend 96-76 here on Wednesday evening in the second round of Group K of the FIBA Europe Cup 2019-20.
The Hungarian team only won the first quarter, and the Latvians triumphed in the last three (29-20, 15-21, 17-25, 15-30).
With this game, Egis Kormend started the second round of the men's basketball Europe Cup with a domestic defeat.
Top performers for the game were Jordon Milik for Kormend with 29 points and Janis Kaufmanis for Ventspils with 25 points.
