JERUSALEM, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- Israel's Hapoel Holon lost at home 59-58 to Belgium's Filou Oostende in the ninth round of the FIBA Basketball Champions League on Tuesday.

The Belgian side kept their slender lead in the third quarter, which ended at 42-39, but two consecutive three-pointers by Marcus Foster put Holon 56-49 in front with three and a half minutes to go.

McIntosh minimized the Holon gap (57-58) and gave Oostende the lead from the line with 16 seconds left.

Foster missed just before the buzzer, allowing the Belgians to celebrate their narrow victory.
