JERUSALEM, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- Israel's Hapoel Jerusalem, currently leading Group B of the FIBA Basketball Champions League, sign Olimpia Milano's 29-year-old guard Shelvin Mack, the Israeli club announced Thursday.
Mack joined the Italian club last summer, after playing a total of 456 NBA games between 2011 and 2019.
Mack played college basketball at the Butler Bulldogs, then in 2011 was selected with the 34th overall pick by the Washington Wizards in the NBA draft.
In his NBA career, he played for the Wizards, Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks, Utah Jazz, Orlando Magic, Memphis Grizzlies and Charlotte Hornets.
In total, he averaged in his NBA career 6.6 points and 3.1 assists in 18.4 minutes.
In Milano, Mack scored an average of 5.8 points in 19 games (in the Euroleague and the Italian Serie A league), adding an average of 2.5 assists.
