CAIRO, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) -- Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly officially announced the opening of the 51th Cairo International Book Fair (CIBF), with Senegal as the guest of honor this year, state-run Nile TV reported Wednesday.

The fair, lasting from Jan. 22 to Feb. 4, is themed "Egypt, Africa, Culture of Diversity" which is participated by 40 countries.
