LHASA, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- Health authorities in China's Tibet Autonomous Region said Saturday medical observation had been lifted for 32 close contacts of the regions' only confirmed case of the novel coronavirus, with no symptoms reported.
The health commission of Tibet said the 32 people were discharged from their two-week isolated medical observation in cities of Lhasa, Shigatse, Shannan and Naqu. None of them reported fever or other symptoms.
Tibet reported its first confirmed case of the new coronavirus on Jan. 30. The patient is now in a stable condition.
