JALALABAD, Afghanistan, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Three people were killed and four others injured as the roof of a snooker club collapsed in Jalalabad, the capital of Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province on Thursday, a provincial government spokesman said.
The incident took place outside Jalalabad city, spokesman Attahullah Khogiani added without providing more details.
However, the spokesman described the incident as a blast earlier.
An investigation was underway.
