Bangladeshi people pay tributes to language movement activists

DHAKA, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- Tens of thousands of people in Bangladeshi capital Dhaka paid tributes to the country's language movement activists who sacrificed lives on the day in 1952. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization declared Feb. 21 as the International Mother Language Day.
