ISLAMABAD, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- First case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Pakistan as a man travelling from Iran to the country's southern port city of Karachi was tested positive of the disease, Executive Director of National Institute of Health Aamer Ikram told Xinhua on Wednesday.
