TEHRAN, March 8 (Xinhua) -- Iran is ready to help Iraq to deal with the novel coronavirus, Ali Shamkhani, the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) said on Sunday.
"Iran is ready to share its its experience with Iraq to combat COVID-19," Shamkhani said in a meeting with the Iraqi Health Minister Jaafar Alawi in Baghdad, Iranian Student News Agency (ISNA) reported.
On Sunday, Iran said that the novel coronavirus has affected 6,566 and has claimed 194 lives in the country.
