PARIS, March 23 (Xinhua) -- The number of coronavirus infection cases in France jumped to 19,856, up by 3,176 in one day, Health Minister Olivier Veran announced on Monday.
A total of 180 more coronavirus deaths were reported in 24 hours, bringing the toll to 860. And 8,675 patients are hospitalized, including 2,082 in intensive care unit, said the minister.■
