BEIJING, March 25 (Xinhua) -- A 7.5-magnitude earthquake jolted Kuril Islands at 10:49 a.m. Wednesday Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 48.93 degrees north latitude and 157.74 degrees east longitude, at a depth of 30 km, the center said.
