Vietnam's COVID-19 cases rise to 203

HANOI, March 30 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's Ministry of Health Monday evening confirmed nine more COVID-19 cases, bringing the total in the country to 203.

The nine cases are all Vietnamese, including seven workers of a company providing services to the Hanoi-based Bach Mai Hospital where several staff and patients have been confirmed to be infected, a male who recently went to Bach Mai Hospital for health check, and a female recently returning from Greece.

On Monday alone, Vietnam has reported 15 new infections, 14 of which are related to Bach Mai Hospital.

The country has 3,215 suspected cases with over 75,000 being monitored and quarantined as of Monday evening, according to the health ministry.

A total of 55 patients have recovered with no deaths reported in the country.
