TEHRAN, May 12 (Xinhua) -- A funeral ceremony was held on Tuesday for the Iranian navy servicemen killed in an incident during a naval exercise in the Sea of Oman in the south of the country.
The ceremony was held in the southern port city of Chabahar with the participation of senior Iranian civil and military officials.
On Sunday evening, the Iranian Army's Konarak logistic vessel faced a deadly accident during the naval drills, wherein 19 servicemen were killed and 15 others were injured.
