SHANGHAI, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) outfit Shanghai Sharks will refund fans who have bought package tickets for the current 2019-20 season, the club announced on its social media account on Thursday.
"So far, 16 of the scheduled 23 home games in Shanghai of the 2019-20 season have already been held. However, there are still seven home games postponed due to the coronavirus. The club has decided to entrust the official ticketing platform to provide equal proportion of refund for all fans who have purchased package tickets of this season," the announcement said.
According to the plan, the refund proportion is settled based on A, B, C three ticket levels for this season's new buyers and fans who bought tickets last season.
The refund service provided by Shanghai indicated that the CBA will follow a different game system after it restarts.
