TUNIS, June 22 (Xinhua) -- Tunisian President Kais Saied visits France on Monday for a two-day state visit at the invitation of his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.
According to a statement released by the Tunisian presidency, the visit will be an opportunity to consolidate and further develop bilateral relations.
"The two heads of state will also exchange views on subjects of common interest," reads the statement.
Saied was accompanied by a high-level delegation, including the minister of foreign affairs and finance minister. Enditem
