TEHRAN, June 30 (Xinhua) -- Iran's judiciary spokesman announced Tuesday that Ruhollah Zam, the administrator of an "anti-revolutionary" website and Telegram channel, has been issued a death sentence.
Gholam Hossein Esmaili said that the administrator of the Amad News has been convicted of Efsad-e Fel-Arz (spreading corruption on the earth), according to Tasnim news agency.
The verdict is not final and can be appealed, Esmaili was quoted as saying.
According to the report, Amad News was known for disseminating "incriminating content" against the Islamic establishment. Enditem
